Despite a robust job labor market and rising wages, it can still be difficult to know where to turn for help to find the right position. A recent study showed that the biggest challenge for young job seekers is how to conduct a proper job search. 

To that end, I set out to leverage my 20+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, Human Resources, networking and entrepreneurship to assist individuals with their job search campaigns. 

From my career as a Senior Recruiter & Talent Adviser at corporations like Salesforce and Oracle, I have created this resource to serve those who find themselves impacted by job losses, furloughs, layoffs, and those facing financial uncertainty. 

My mission with this project is to offer complimentary job search coaching, career counseling, resume review, interview best practices and access to financial planning resources and guidance to select individuals meeting the appropriate income and industry qualifications.
